Product images displayed may vary slightly from the actual product due to different lighting or growing seasons.
We guarantee the quality of the plants upon delivery, but we are not responsible for poor care after receipt.
3. Orders and Payment:
The order will be confirmed after completing the payment process through the payment methods available on the website.
The website administration has the right to cancel any order if inaccurate information or stock issues are found, and the full amount paid will be refunded.
4. Shipping and Delivery:
We provide delivery service to all Gulf countries.
The order will be shipped within one day of the order date in Kuwait, and within 5-7 days to the rest of the Gulf countries.
Delivery delays due to circumstances beyond our control (such as weather or temporary closure) are not considered a reason for a return.
5. Return and Exchange Policy:
Products can only be returned or exchanged if they are damaged upon receipt, within 24 hours.
A photo of the damaged product along with the order number must be sent via email or WhatsApp within the specified deadline.
