1. Return Terms:
You can request a return or replacement of the product in the following cases:

  • Receiving a product that does not match what was ordered.

2. Refund period:
A return request may be submitted within one day from the date of receipt of the order.

After this period has expired, the application may only be accepted in exceptional cases (such as a manufacturing defect).

3. Cases excluded from refund:
Products that have been used or opened and are no longer in their original condition.

Natural plants or flowers that may be affected by environmental factors, unless there is an error in the order.

Custom or made-to-order products.

4. Recovery steps:
Contact us via the Contact Us page within the specified period.

Send photos showing the problem if any.

We will respond within 24-48 hours to confirm the acceptance of the request and explain the return method.

After receiving and inspecting the product, it will be:

Refund to original payment method.

Or send an alternative product as per your request.

5. Shipping costs for returns:
If the error is on our part (damaged or incorrect product): We bear the full shipping costs.

If the return is based on the customer's request without any fault: the customer bears the shipping costs.

6. Refund period:
The refund may take 5 to 10 business days depending on the bank or payment method used.
